“A human being is a part of a whole, called by us ‘universe,’ a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest… a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”
“Nature” can refer to the marvels of the physical world, and also to life in general. The study of nature is a large part of science. Although humans are part of nature, human activity is often understood as a separate kind of other natural phenomena.
People are more conscious about influencing their environment that they fail to see the beauty of simple things. They think that by changing things, they will be more superior or unique. They are more absorbed with man-made phenomena. People need to understand that man is made to live in the natural world and not to transform it.
If we live hand in hand with nature, we can avoid being stressed. As we all know, stress is the prime cause of all diseases. People spend most of their time on enjoying the physical world by watching the small screen or surfing the internet. They spend most of their time away from nature indoors that they do not enjoy a real break, and this leads to anxiety. Man can benefit from the beauty of nature to avoid stress; some persons go for a morning walk to avoid health hazards like diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.
The increasing awareness of nature should lead people to enjoy and protect it, not spoil it. When we build lodges, skyscrapers and concrete jungles around us, we should also think about planting at least one tree for each building we construct.
Nature can be seen and enjoyed even in the busiest cities. You can go to parks, also go to the beach and listen to the waves lap against the shore. Watching sunrises and sunsets, observing birds in flight, and gazing at stars are also some ways you can be closer to nature, and you can benefit (physical, mental health and also spiritual awareness) from nature if you spend most of your time with nature. Sadly, these gifts of God are slowly diminishing.
Human nature refers to the unique individualities—including ways of thinking, feeling and acting, which humans tend to have naturally independent of the influence of culture.
Your nature is your natural way of thinking and acting. It is your unique personality. Everyone has personality traits that they like and those that they don’t. You may think that because it’s how you naturally are, there is nothing you can do to change it, but this is untrue. It may require a walk up the path of most resistance, and it may take a conscious effort to look inward and assess what you find, but it is thoroughly possible. By definition, human nature includes the main individualities (feelings, psychology, behaviors) common by all people. We all have different experiences of the people in our life, and this is where the disputes begin with the social group and the principle of every human. The group you are born into will pass on its particular ideas about what makes people ‘person.’
Our religious preachers have taught that God created human beings in His image. This means that He enables us to have some understanding of Him and His huge and complex design. Our human nature reflects some of God’s attributes, although in a limited way. We love because we are made in the image of the God who is love. Because we are created in His image, we can be compassionate, faithful, truthful, kind, patient, and just. In us, these attributes are distorted by immorality, which also resides in our nature. (our unnecessary desires may make us immoral, so we should be careful about our unnecessary desires.)
Originally, human nature was perfect by having been created so by God. Subsequently, the entire human race fell victim to the evil nature. The good news is that at the moment a person faiths in his image given by his divinity, he receives a new nature.
The human nature is that variety of characteristics that constitute and define humanity. Human nature makes us inherently human and distinct from all other creatures. Human nature includes the capacity to create, reason, love, and experience a broad range of emotions. Such an ability is found in no other form of life.
So a person’s real identity is God, but though we are all God, we are God asleep. And though we think we are awake, we are real as in a dream. The awakening from this sleep or dream is the ultimate attainment described in all the World’s religion and the realization of our true selves as Soul.

“Human beings can attain a worthy and harmonious life only if they can rid themselves, within the limits of human nature, of the striving for the wish fulfillment of material kinds. The goal is to raise the spiritual values of society.”
