“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”
Life is a gift that has been given to you. It is in your hands to make the best out of it–dare to believe that you can. Life takes on meaning when you become motivated, set goals and charge after them in a continuous manner. To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise, we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. We spend most of our time indoors without enough fresh air or sunshine. We don’t think about it anymore – but science has shown that this can be harmful to our happiness and health. No matter where you live, opening a window and letting in fresh air is almost always preferable to breathing in stale indoor air.
There are many ways to get fresh air and sunshine into your home. Some are quick and easy, others take more time but will give you solid long-term perfections. The power of sunshine cannot be reproduced artificially. We need sunlight in order to feel spirited and healthy. Dawn/early morning is the best time considering the amount of O2 in the air. Just go for a normal walk and then do some yoga or stretching or light exercise this will create heat in the body and make you feel good. In addition to better health, fresh thoughts, ideas, and solutions will come into your inner, by taking no time to be with nature, on a daily basis. If you choose morning time then for the whole day you will feel spirited or if you choose evening time then you release your stress of a tired day. Since morning is cooler so this time is preferable. Plus point is that the natural flexibility of your body increases thus aiding in your routine. However always ensure that your clothing is loose but comfortable and that your chest is properly covered.
“Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.”
Early in the morning. It’s fresh air with oxygen gifted to you by greenery around by in taking of all carbon dioxide by evening and production of oxygen overnight thus making morning air fresh with oxygen. You know first four hours of sunrise are the magical hours when miracles happen, best poetry emerges. If you are habituated to wake up at 8 am every day, try to wake up at 7 am, gradually making a habit to wake up at 6 am. Many spiritual masters wake up daily at 5 am or 4 am and this will change their life. After you wake up immediately have a warm glass of water, it will immediately urge your body to go to the washroom. One thing is assured that if your inner body is fresh and healthy you will automatically feel fresh.
“If you work most of your time away from nature in a conditional air room of your daily life (for computerized work) you will suffer diseases.”
Unhygienic particles, CO2 from exhalation – children’s rooms often contain the highest concentration of harmful substances in the home. Science shows that classrooms that are well lit with sunshine make for more effective learning than those that are poorly lit. There is no reason to doubt that these benefits also apply in the home and workplace. Normal human respiration depletes available oxygen and boosts carbon dioxide content. Rheumatic disorders, Laziness, fear, Respiratory problems, and allergies can be caused or intensified by poor indoor air quality.
Avoid napping past 3 p.m. It’s better to nap according to your circadian rhythm, which for most means snoozing in the early afternoon (1-3 p.m.). One must nap make it for either 15 min to 90 minutes after meals are necessary for the people suffering from various health problems in middle age. Actually, naps are good for most people, a nap—defined as daytime sleeping that lasts between 15 and 90 minutes—can improve brain functions ranging from memory to focus and creativity. “For some people, naps are as restorative as a whole night of sleep, but specialists have concluded the matter with the fact that, an afternoon siesta is very effective to decrease the blood pressure level.
“To ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life.”
Follow the self-discipline, self-control in food, sleep, exercise, recreation, and meditation eliminate stress. Take care of your health.
Drink plenty of water every day, throughout the day. You should aim for at least 2 liters.
Drink a morning vitamin shake. I use almond milk, yogurt, green powder, banana, vegetarian protein, flaxseeds and chia seeds.
Stay away from coffee and smoking. Those habits will interfere with your adrenaline and cortisol levels, increasing stress and anxiety.
Cut down on junk food. Food impacts the way you feel during the day. Frequent and healthy meals can keep an individual’s body fit while maintaining the blood sugar levels and avoiding mood swings. One feels more anxious and irritable in cases where a body’s blood sugar levels are low.

Moreover, make a habit to wake up at a certain time which makes your body think that you are a healthy person who maintains the times and rules, therefore it will bounce back to achieve that state and prepare yourself to feel fresh from the previous night. Do not have a heavy dinner which will indulge your digestive system nauseous and busy even after your sleep and therefore you will not feel fresh at all in the morning because your body is not ready yet to say Good Morning to you and only then you will feel tired and disgusting to wake up cause your body needs more time to finish its work. Once you make these healthy habits you will notice how your body refuses to stay in bed because it has done resting and wants more work to keep the balance, therefore, it kind of pushes you out of bed, you do not have to push it.
Well! You know we should prepare for everything we need to achieve in life, this is also the same. So, first of all, to prepare your body to feel fresh in the morning you should go to sleep at the same time every night. Finish your dinner two to one hour before going to bed, after sunset drink less water, maximum 2–3 glass, keep that smartphone away from your bed and do not watch TV before going bed rather do something which eases your mind and helps you to sleep better like having quality time with your loved ones or reading a book or writing a journal or whatsoever which helps your body and mind to cool down. Go to bed.
